Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Control Tower)

Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Bilingual in Korean and English required.
8+ years of transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain related experience.
Strong experience with drayage, rail transportation, transloading centers, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation.
Strong understanding of international transportation, ocean shipping, freight forwarding, and North American transportation networks.
Experience managing transportation vendors, carrier performance, and customer relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members with effective leadership.
Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or logistics visibility platforms preferred.
Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
Hands-on leader who is willing to support the team with both operational tasks and strategic projects.
Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
