- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times.- Plan and implement fun age-appropriate educational activities using our curriculum that promote learning and development.
- Provide guidance in behavior management to encourage positive social interactions among children.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, diaper changing, and nap times.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies & requirements
- Experience
- Previous Childcare Experience preferred, however, we will train a person who meets our requirements.
