Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM/9:30 AM to 5:30 PM; and when needed

What you’ll do:

Coordinate all aspects of life in the group home.

Support community inclusion and integration.

Ensure that the residents complete daily personal care routines.

Provide guidance and support in daily activities.

Assist with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living.

Monitor food preparation, ensuring that meals are properly prepared in accordance with established standards.

Review medical needs of residents; schedule appointments with medical providers.

Monitor and report on status of health and safety objectives.

Implement behavior programs.

Use electronic health record to document activities and significant events.

Submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines.

Complete initial and ongoing training, and participate in staff development activities.

Instruct, assign, review and plan work for employees.

Coordinate activities of both staff and individuals.

You may be required to:
o Administer medications. Training is provided. Nursing team supports you.
o Provide transportation to and from designated sites.
o Assist people with mobility needs, e.g. utilize transfer techniques, a Hoyer lift and/or gait belt.

What you need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass criminal record and healthcare registry check

Pass Drug Screen
- Pass driving record check if providing transportation
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Commitment to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Note: Current First Aid/CPR blended or classroom certification is required. If you do not currently have certification from an approved provider, our American Red Cross certified instructors will provide you the training.
