Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Autumnwood Care Centre in Tiffin, OH, USA. As a key member of our education and development team, you will play a vital role in improving the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff, promoting high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs and curricula to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, in collaboration with other department leaders and subject matter experts
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to promote clinical excellence and adherence to organizational standards
Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that support high-quality patient care
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve training programs and patient outcomes

Requirements:
