Job Title: Financial Analyst

Incredible, growing, diversified, fast paced, global market Company is adding to the Corporate Development team for ongoing expansion in US marketplace. Seeking a financial analyst to assist in Mergers & Acquisitions activities.
Professional Duties Include :
- The position will be responsible for M&A activities.
- Lead the coordination with brokers on potential deals and coordinate meetings with executive team. Review financial statements received from target acquisition companies and prepare a report.
- Carry out a deal analysis a recommend deal structure. Prepare letter of intents (LOI) and lead the due diligence process.
- Lead integration tasks post-acquisition.
- Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives.
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
- Coordinate with consultants, and brokers to get the required information for QoE (Quality of Earnings report).
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in SAGE Intacct
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions and Smart-sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Good business acumen
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
Personality and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives.
