Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the process

Explain mortgage options, budgeting, and market conditions

Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and closing documents

Serve as the main point of contact from consultation to closing

Coordinate and attend showings, tours, and open houses

Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows

Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals

Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications:-
Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)

1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred
