Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents at REACH.
In this energetic and client-focused role, you will engage directly with clients, educate them on available health insurance options, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your communication skills, enthusiasm, and ability to build trust will help clients make informed decisions about their health benefits and select coverage that fits their individual needs.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.,
- Build trust and confidence with consumers
- Perform proper needs assessments
- Present and explain health benefits
- Complete follow ups applications and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Compensation
- Hourly Base Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience and performance).
- New Business Bonus and Renewal Bonuses: Based on successful sales (No caps or limitations to earnings potential)
- Additional Bonus potential
Performance & KPI's
Agents must adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for conversion metrics, call quality, and compliance. Meeting KPIs unlocks eligibility for additional bonuses.
Contract Details
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
- Flexible schedule with performance-based expectations.
- At-will agreement: Either party may terminate at any time.
- Must be able to work and be available during normal hours of operation (this is when inbound calls/leads will be available)
- Equipment must be returned upon termination of contract.
Requirements
- Licensed in their resident state for Health and Accident or Life, Health and Accident (LAH).
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), communication skills, and coachability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic technical proficiency for virtual sales systems.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
