Mop Heads Cleaning Service is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Parker County and surrounding areas. We’re hiring dependable Home Cleaning Team Members who take pride in their work, show up on time, and enjoy working as part of a consistent team.

Many of our clients are busy families, seniors, professionals, or individuals who rely on us to help keep their homes clean and comfortable. This role is best for someone looking for consistent, team based work (not a one-off or gig-style schedule). You’ll work alongside one of our crews in clients’ homes and businesses.
We provide paid training, all supplies needed to complete jobs professionally and efficiently, and company vehicles for team leaders on daily routes.
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person who is reliable, coachable, caring, and consistent.
Team members will meet each scheduled morning at our office before heading out to jobs: 6142 Weiland Rd, Weatherford, TX 76088 (Company vehicles are provided from this location for daily work routes.)
Pay
Starting pay: $12/hr + tips (Mon–Fri). Performance-based increases up to $15/hr based on experience, reliability, and results.
- Monday–Friday: $12/hr + tips
- Weekend shifts (optional): +$5/hr premium (typically $17–$19/hr total before tips, depending on your base rate)
Weekend shifts are optional and offered based on business needs and employee availability.
Schedule
• Part-time to start (12–27 hours per week depending on availability and performance)
• Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial spaces using company checklists
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain attention to detail in bathrooms and floor care
• Provide professional, respectful service in clients’ homes and businesses
• Help create clean, comfortable spaces that improve clients' quality of life
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
Requirements
• Reliable transportation to the office each day
• Valid Texas driver's license preferred (required for team lead/driver roles)
• Ability to pass a background check (no theft-related offenses/ violent crimes)
• Willingness to take a drug test if required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and stay active for several hours
• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and caring toward clients and coworkers

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
