Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Entry-Level Candy Packers for a local candy factory! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers a supportive team environment, paid training, and room for advancement.
Location: Winona, MN
Hours & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Put packaged candy into boxes
- Palletizing finished product
- Loading product for delivery as needed
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
- Accurately count packages per box
- Package efficiently and perform basic quality checks (QC)

Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to count accurately with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 56 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods; reach, bend, and move as needed
- Comfortable wearing required PPE (hair net, smock, ear plugs in machining areas)
- Willing to removal ALL jewelry and piercings
- Entry-level industrial experience preferred, but not required
