Job Location: 2625 S. Washburn Street, Oshkosh, WI 54904
Compensation: Hourly Position with Competitive Benefits; Health (75/25), Dental (100/0), Vision (100/0), 401k Plan (up to 3% Company Match), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, YMCA Membership, Discounted Building Materials, Uniforms/Apparel/Vehicle/Tools/Phone and Training at no employee cost. The hourly pay range is $25-$40/hr
Hours:40+ hours per week, M-F 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
Experience: High School/G.E.D. Diploma and a Minimum of TWO years of Construction
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pass drug screening and full background screening

Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Reconstruct, Erect, Install, or Repair Structures and Fixtures Made of Wood/Steel
- Primary tasks include Finish Carpentry (Door/Trim Installation, Cabinet Installation, Flooring Installation)
- Minimal Rough Framing, Siding, Drywall, and/or Minor Roof Repairs
- Ability to Produce Drywall Repairs is Highly Regarded and Earn Bonuses above Hourly Rate
