We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing medical spa team.
This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for someone who knows how to build trust, educate clients, and close sales.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients regarding treatments and skincare products
- Recommend treatment plans and package options
- Sell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and help clients achieve their skincare goals
Schedule
- Spa hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- You will arrive 15 minutes after the first client of the day checks in
- Clients are scheduled by appointment
- If there are no clients scheduled, you are free to leave
Compensation (Commission Only)
- Up to $10,000 in monthly sales: 10% commission
- $10,001 – $20,000 in monthly sales: 15% commission
- Over $20,000 in monthly sales: 20% commission
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience in a medical spa, esthetics, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and professional
- Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions confidently
