We are looking for "LEGAL" Process Servers with a Jackson County PPS#.
We need qualified individuals to work out in the field serving legal documents such as Summons, Subpoenas and other legal documents.
Territories Available- KS- Wyandotte and Johnson Counties.

We are a high volume Process Serving Company. Our main business is serving legal documents informing individuals and businesses that they are being called to Court. This job involves driving all over the Kansas City, MO area. Our Process Servers can choose to work days, evenings, and weekends. We are looking to add 1-2 Process Servers to our already successful group of Kansas City Process Servers. This job is a 1099 sub contractor job, and pay is based upon performance. Pay is $10-50.00 per document served or posted.
Must be able to obtain a Jackson County PPS authorization to apply.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK- NO FELONY CONVICTIONS

- Must have dependable vehicle. You will be driving all over your respective territory.
- Must have new cell phone. Our Process Servers work with a mobile phone app.
- Must dress appropriately. Business attire is required when working.
- Must be self motivated. You create your own schedule.
- Must be articulate and speak well. We deal with attorneys and paralegals.
- Must pass a background check. No felony convictions.
- Must be registered as a Process Server with Jackson County Courts.
- High level of integrity and professional conduct is required.
- Will require you to carry professional insurance after 1 month.
