About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Morning Server with light bartending responsibilities to join our team. This role supports both front‑of‑house service and simple morning cocktail preparation. Ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced mornings, great guest interactions, and keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning Guest Service — Greet guests, present menus, highlight specials, and create a welcoming environment.
- Order Accuracy — Enter orders correctly, confirm modifications, and ensure smooth service flow.
- Food Running — Deliver food promptly and maintain table touch‑points.
- Light Bartending — Prepare simple morning cocktails (mimosas, Bloody Marys, spritzes), pour beer/wine, and maintain bar cleanliness.
- Bar Setup — Stock juices, garnishes, ice, and glassware; ensure bar is ready for service.
- Dining Room Prep — Brew coffee, set tables, stock silverware, and maintain a clean environment.
- Closing Duties — Reset dining room, restock bar items, and complete end‑of‑shift cleaning.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience preferred; bartending experience a plus
- Ability to multitask between tables and bar duties
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced morning environment
- Must be 20+ for alcohol service (per Kentucky regulations)
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Schedule
- Morning shift (typically 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Tuesday - Sunday
