Duties
- Establish and nurture relationships with licensed cannabis producers and retail dispensaries within the OKC region.
- Identify new business opportunities by actively reaching out to potential clients and attending industry events.
- Facilitate product negotiations, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for product delivery, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely service.
- Provide education on product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations to clients for informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights and strategic guidance to help clients grow their businesses.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, brokerage, or business development within the cannabis or related industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local and state cannabis laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics, inventory management, or distribution processes is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes and stay informed on market trends.
