Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining a smooth flow during busy service periods.
- Assist with food handling, plating, garnishing, and portioning to meet high standards of presentation.
- Support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, sanitation practices, and temperature controls.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address special requests or dietary restrictions promptly.

Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus.
