ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for the protection and accountability of all assets.

Participate in the reconciliation of general ledger activity.

Responsible for analyzing balance sheet, income statements, and departmental financial statements.

Assist in the preparation month end account reconciliations.

Prepare reports, journal entries, account and activity analysis.

Assists internal and external auditors.

Professionally deal with difficult situations/people.

Assures property operations meet internal audit standards.

Working in stressful situations.

Meet deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required.

Comply at all times with QBRC standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations.

Attend mandatory meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
Required:

4 year college degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance

Maintain a valid Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Gaming Commission License.

10 key by touch.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite software.

Read, write and speak English fluently.
Preferred:
-
3 years accounting experience and/or 3 years in a Casino/Hospitality environment.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Class III License Required
