As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with inbound and scheduled clients, helping them understand their coverage options and guiding them through the process. You’ll receive hands-on training and daily support to help you succeed quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with clients to understand their health and life coverage needs
- Present and explain insurance options clearly over the phone
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain and follow up with client accounts
