Location: 8556 E State Rte 69 Prescott Valley 86314
Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in team leadership and property operations to join our Prescott Valley office.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently oversee both property performance and team execution.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of single-family and multi-family properties while leading staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including leasing, renewals, inspections, and maintenance coordination
- Lead, supervise, and support property management staff to ensure high performance and accountability
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors
- Handle tenant concerns, escalations, and lease compliance matters professionally
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide reports to ownership
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests in coordination with vendors and internal teams
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with Arizona laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience managing people or leading a team (REQUIRED)
- 2-5 years of property management experience (single-family or multi-family)
- Strong understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and property operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.) is a plus
