What You'll Do
Every day brings something different. You'll be responsible for maintaining multiple residential communities while delivering exceptional service to residents and supporting the property management team.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Responding to maintenance service requests in occupied apartments
- Completing apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building systems
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep communities operating efficiently
- Assisting with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (experience preferred)
- Traveling to nearby sister properties as needed using a company-provided vehicle
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Providing outstanding customer service while interacting professionally with residents and team members
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of residential maintenance experience (multifamily/apartment maintenance strongly preferred)
- Experience performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs
- Basic HVAC knowledge; EPA certification is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation
- Willingness to travel between nearby sister properties as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
- Reliable transportation to report to work
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds
