EESS is a refuse, recycling, and street maintenance equipment dealer and parts and service supplier serving Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New York, and Rhode Island. We are the authorized dealer for Heil garbage trucks, Galbreath roll-offs, Schwarze sweepers, and more. In addition, we offer a complete line of new and used garbage trucks, roll-off’s and Heil OEM parts.
We are looking for an experienced Parts Warehouse Associate, to support our daily parts activity in a fast-paced, fast-growing dealership environment. To ensure success as a Parts Warehouse Associate, you should have proven experience working with inventory, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, completing orders, and assisting with overall warehouse support
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes requests and needs of managers, and/or customers, and complete them in timely manner.
- Work with all departments to manage the shipping and receiving of new, warranty and returned parts.
- Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
- Review special order parts tracking
- Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
- Perform daily parts inventory and stocking
- Good communication skills relative to supervisor & other related departments.
- General housekeeping in warehouse facilities and ground level yard,
- Load and unload trucks on daily basis,
- Responsible for organizing truck loads and parts accordingly in efficient manner.
- Responsible for organizing Parts storage areas, sheds, tents & containers if needed.
- Responsible for Local parts delivery.
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, plus the physical ability to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, lying down, and overhead.
- Must have the ability to climb and work from a ladder.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Requirements:
- Required: Valid driver's license & transportation.
- Requires: Two (2) years of relevant work or warehouse experience.
- Requires: a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus vocational training or job-related course work.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
Skills:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p
