JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Managing Partners and Client Service Director, the Wealth Management Assistant/Receptionist is an important part of the team as this role supports both client services efforts and operational tasks. You will assist in maintaining a professional office environment as a primary point of contact for clients, while also functioning as a versatile support resource for the team through data entry, meeting prep, and general office support as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally interact with clients and guests in a friendly manner, including greeting clients and guests, answering the phone, setting up appointments and directing clients to leadership for service
- Assist in client service-related operations such as maintaining and creating various client-related tracking excels, and following established organizational procedures
- Thorough research and detailed reporting on industry and investment topics as assigned
- Assist in appointment preparation for upcoming client appointments
- Serve as back-up support as needed in preparing reports, folders, and visual models for upcoming client appointments to ensure the Managing Partners are fully briefed
- Work with the team in office maintenance and other administrative tasks as needed

- Desire to learn and willingness to ask questions-an interest in private wealth management is welcome
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday-20 Hours/Week
- 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
- Compensation TBD
