Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Follow all restaurant policies regarding food safety and sanitation.
- Any other duty as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
