The Titles and Administration Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle title processing, lien perfection, and administrative and projects support functions for the credit union. This position ensures timely and accurate documentation of collateral securing member loans, maintains compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, processes paid loan files and lien releases and supports internal departments with documentation, records retention, and operational administrative tasks and projects.
The specialist works closely with administration, lending staff, car dealerships, state motor vehicle agencies, county clerks and recorders, and third-party vendors to ensure the credit union’s security interest in collateral is properly recorded and maintained.
This position requires strong attention to detail, above average computer knowledge, and proficient organizational abilities. It is preferable to have familiarity with fee structures, out of state title processing and documentation required for processing vehicle titles and real estate deeds of trust.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
