Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated baker to join our team at Dunkin Donuts! You will be at the heart of our bakery and food production operations, ensuring that every baked good, pastry meets our high standards of quality and freshness.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble baked goods, pastries, following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management practices
- Follow all food safety protocols related to handling ingredients, cooking, and storage
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, pastry preparation, and food handling techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and recipe adherence
