Website Design Sales Representative

Position Overview
Solara Resorts Incorporated is seeking motivated and energetic Website Design Sales Representatives to help businesses improve their online presence through professional website design services.
Representatives will be responsible for contacting business owners, generating leads, and selling website design packages with a minimum project value of $500. This position offers both hourly pay and commission, creating an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals.
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- 30% commission on all website sales

Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Contact local and national businesses to introduce website design services.
- Generate leads and schedule consultations.
- Explain website packages and pricing to prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Represent Solara Resorts Incorporated professionally at all times.
First-Day Training & Support
At Solara Resorts Incorporated, we are committed to helping our team members succeed from day one.
- Each new representative will be assigned a supervisor.
- The supervisor will work alongside the new representative during their first day.
- The supervisor will provide guidance, coaching, and support throughout the calling process.
- The supervisor will assist with completing the first 100-call requirement and ensure the representative understands company procedures, sales techniques, and expectations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Reliable internet connection and phone access.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to meet daily call requirements.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
