Patient Care Coordinator Wanted

In this role, you will be working alongside a team of Patient Care Coordinators to manage various patient-related tasks and processes, including phone management, patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and financial contributions. You will also have the opportunity to help develop scripts and systems to enhance the overall patient experience.

This is a part-time position located in a well-established clinic in Traverse City, MI. The work schedule will be weekdays. The starting hours will be between 7:30 AM and the ending hours will be 6:30 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on the needs of the team. Two shifts available 7:30-12:30 and12:30-6:30 part time will be a combination of the two shifts each week. Part time is flexible.
