As an AP Specialist, you will provide high quality support and outstanding customer service to all areas of the Acadia organization. You’ll process a high volume of vendor and subcontractor invoices with accuracy through our ERP software, Viewpoint.

Acadia works primarily in the DFW area completing residential, commercial, and municipal underground utility construction projects. Location
This position is based out of our corporate office at 351 W. Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092. This is NOT a remote position. This position is in a professional office setting. Office hours are 7:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Business casual is the dress code.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor and Subcontractor invoices
- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy
- Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice
- Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; understand Acadia’s core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues.
- Be a team player to help answer accounts payable team members questions timely and accurately
- Follow processes, procedures and internal controls
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department
- Reliable and consistent attendance

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of computers and experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience in a professional work environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
