United Auto Exchange has an immediate opening for a dependable, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Body Shop Apprentice. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the automotive industry and willing to learn. No professional body shop experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
If you already have experience with detailing, cut & buff work, polishing, or general vehicle cleanup, that’s a huge plus!
- Vehicle cleanup and detailing

Cut and buff / paint polishing

Assist body shop technicians with daily tasks

Prep vehicles for repairs and delivery

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Learn body shop repair techniques and processes

Help with miscellaneous shop duties as needed
This position can grow into a future body technician role for someone interested in learning the trade. We’re happy to train employees who want to expand their skills. If preferred, this role can also remain focused on detailing, cleanup, and cut & buff work.
- High school diploma or equivalent

Be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance
