Human Resource Clerk

As a Human Resource Clerk you are responsible for all a variety of clerical duties within the HR department including filing, scanning, data entry and follow up on licensing and training spreadsheets primarily through excel, monitoring communications, greeting visitors, answering the phones, and manning the front desk. You will also be assisting with recruitment to attract qualified applicants to fill open positions including writing and posting job ads, assigning applications, and follow-up with applicants.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional evenings and weekends
Qualifications:

Human Resource experience preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Organization skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and proof reading skills

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
