- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution.
- Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed by all team members to uphold safety standards.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a busy kitchen environment with a focus on fine dining or catering services.
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, and implementing food management systems.
- Background in banquet service, event catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience that highlights your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
