Entry Level Marketing Representative
RC Strategies is a growing direct-marketing firm focused on creating excellent customer experiences through personalized, face-to-face campaigns. As an you’ll gain practical marketing and sales experience by representing well-known brands in retail settings and engaging customers directly. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, motivated people who enjoy working with others, developing communication skills, and contributing to a collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
- Represent client products and services through in-person interactions at partner retail locations.
- Run and support marketing events and in-store promotions.
- Introduce customers to products and generate new sales opportunities.
- Share product information and provide helpful customer support to improve the customer experience.
- Help capture leads and support early-stage sales activities.
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment.
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.

Job Type: Full time, onsite, in person.
Pay: Hourly rate plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
