What You’ll Do
- Lead high‑intensity, team‑based F45 workouts with confidence and enthusiasm
- Provide hands‑on coaching, movement corrections, and motivation
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for members of all fitness levels
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe technique throughout class
- Assist with studio setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean training space
- Build relationships with members and contribute to our strong community culture
What We’re Looking For
- A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, AFAA, ACSM, or similar)
- CPR/AED certified
- Strong communication and group‑leadership skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping people
- Ability to coach to the F45 format and deliver an exceptional member experience
- Reliability — showing up prepared and on time is non‑negotiable
