Toddler Teacher (Opener Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and engaging Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. We believe early childhood education is built on meaningful relationships, active engagement, and creating a structured environment where children can thrive.
Our ideal candidate is someone who gets down on the floor with children, fosters positive relationships, creates engaging learning experiences, and brings enthusiasm to the classroom every day.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Follow the daily classroom schedule and implement curriculum activities.
- Support children's social-emotional development and help them learn self-regulation skills.
- Maintain a structured classroom environment with consistent expectations.
- Complete daily classroom duties and follow weekly cleaning checklists.
- Collaborate professionally with teaching staff and administration.
- Accept and apply constructive feedback from classroom observations.
- Communicate feedback and support needs professionally with administration.
- Adhere to the center's no-cell-phone policy during classroom hours.
Qualifications

Requirements
- Must have a valid North Carolina Qualification Letter (criminal background qualification).
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
- Early Childhood Education coursework or credentials are a plus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
