About the Role: Join Hogan Transportation, a leader in special needs student transit for over 55 years. We are looking for dependable drivers to support students in Shaker, Beachwood, Bedford, Maple, Warrensville Heights, and Euclid. - Specialized Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience, plus an additional hourly stipend for wheelchair routes.
The Schedule
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week.
- Split Shift: Morning pickups and afternoon drop-offs, leaving your midday free.
Requirements
- Age 25+ with a valid Ohio Driver’s License for at least 2 years (No CDL required).
- Ability to pass an annual physical, drug screen, and FBI/BCI background check.
- Physical ability to move through the van, secure students, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to complete in-class training at our Willoughby office and pass the Ohio Department of Education online and driving test.
