Office Operations Assistant – Entry-Level Position

We're a growing home service company looking for a dependable, organized Office Operations Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working with people, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in office operations. No prior office experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
As part of our team of seven, you'll work closely with customers, contractors, and fellow team members to help deliver an outstanding service experience. As our company continues to grow, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Schedule residential service appointments and dispatch field technicians
- Monitor job progress and communicate with technicians to help keep jobs on schedule
- Support customers throughout their service experience by answering questions and providing updates
- Prepare customer proposals and follow up on estimates
- Maintain organized job files and documentation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general office responsibilities
- Coordinate with remote team members to keep projects moving efficiently
