FusionCX is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Broker Support Representatives. In this role, you'll provide technical and customer support to broker partners and internal sales agents, helping resolve issues and ensuring a seamless service experience.
No insurance or Medicare license is required. If you have strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and call center experience, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from broker partners and internal sales agents.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Respond to questions regarding broker support processes and systems.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance expectations.
- Follow all company policies and client procedures.
Qualifications
- No license required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Technical support experience preferred.
- Medicare or healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
