American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post-Partum position requiring at least 3 years of MBU experience and active NJ or compact licensure.

Work in a Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post-Partum unit at an acute care hospital
-
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Patient ratio of 1:4
-
Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
-
Floating required to a Level II Nursery as needed, limited to lowest acuity newborns only
-
Travelers may be required to float within a network of up to 5 hospitals based on skill set (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)

Block scheduling is not permitted

13-week contract

Active NJ RN license or compact RN license required

Current certifications: BLS and NRP

Minimum 3 years of Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) experience required

Two current professional references required for consideration

COVID-19 vaccine required with no exemptions accepted

Flu vaccine required with no exemptions accepted

Provide couplet care nursing to postpartum mothers and newborns, including lowest-acuity nursery patients when floating

First-time travelers are accepted but not preferred

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a local pay rate

RTO (requested time off) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration — RTO requests submitted afterward will not be accepted
