Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with their selections, managing product displays, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selections and recommendations
- Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, engaging customers effectively
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and attractive store layout
- Handle cash register operations, including cashiering and cash handling with accuracy
- Support store operations through inventory management and stock replenishment
Skills
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
