We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like patient electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and verifying insurance benefits and eligibility.
Experience
- Proven office experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using insurance verification products, such as Availity, is a plus.
- Must be able to type approximately 40 wpm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
