Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
Requirements
- Customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights
