Bru-Mar Gardens is currently seeking sales associates for our garden center.
Requirements

- Customer service delivered with enthusiasm and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating clearly, effectively, and politely with customers in store and over the phone
- Stocking and receiving deliveries
- Daily tending of plants (watering, pruning, etc.)
- Cashiering
- Familiarity with lawn & garden products/ horticulture
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time (position is at least 90% standing)
- Works with a sense of urgency throughout shift.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
- Retail experience preferred.
