Recycle Crew Lead to oversee our recycling route. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of recyclable materials handling, and proficiency with heavy equipment operation.

- Work alongside crew members to ensure assigned recycling routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Provide hands-on instruction, coaching, supervision, and support to individuals participating in the employment training program.
- Establish and communicate clear expectations for workplace conduct, attendance, safety, and job performance.
- Monitor crew members’ work performance, progress, and compliance with assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to use GPS navigation systems and follow established collection routes.
- Ability to safely operate a 16-foot box truck, lift gate, and related material-handling equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other required computer applications.
- Ability to maintain professional, respectful, patient, and discreet conduct in military installations, government buildings, office spaces, recycling facilities, and public areas.
This is a hands on supervisory role. This position is performed in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, including clean and professional office spaces, military installations, recycling collection areas, recycling centers, loading areas, and other program sites and very physically demanding.
Pay: $23.26 per hour
