Compensation: Compensation is based on licensure, experience, specialty, and provider agreement.
Licensed Clinicians (LCSW or LCPC): $40–$44 per hour
Master’s-Level Clinicians (LSW, LPC, or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work): $25–$30 per hour

Role Description: As a Behavioral Health Clinician with Allied Benefit Care Services, you’ll provide behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care communities throughout the Greater Chicago area. Depending on your licensure and experience, you’ll conduct behavioral health and psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and facility staff to support each resident’s emotional and behavioral well-being.
You’ll also participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, assist with care coordination, and help connect residents and families with appropriate community resources. Our growing network of partner facilities provides consistent opportunities to expand your caseload while giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

Qualifications
Licensed Clinicians
- Active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license
Master’s-Level Clinicians
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Illinois LSW, LPC, or license eligibility is preferred where applicable
All Candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience in behavioral health, counseling, or case management is preferred
- Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation to partner facilities throughout the Greater Chicago area
