Responsibilities:
Provide basic care to patients and residents, including but not limited to:
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with feeding and hydration
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Providing emotional support and companionship
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient and resident care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and resident care
