Job Overview

Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime
- Assist with inventory management by organizing materials and supplies in the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly
- Support quality control efforts by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts
- Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent teamwork skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude
