Morningside Music Academy is looking for passionate and reliable music teachers to provide in-home lessons to students in the Beaverton and Hillsboro area!
We are currently seeking instructors for violin and other instruments, but we are open to all musical backgrounds — if you play a different instrument, we’d still love to hear from you.
As a teacher with Morningside Music Academy, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire students of all ages while helping them build confidence, creativity, and lifelong musical skills in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, personalized in-home music lessons
- Develop lesson plans based on each student’s goals and skill level
- Encourage consistent progress in technique, musicianship, and confidence
- Maintain professional and reliable communication with families and staff
Qualifications:
- Strong musical background and proficiency on your instrument
- Passion for teaching and working with students
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not required
