Job Summary
L&M Auto Detailing is a growing premium automotive detailing company specializing in high-end vehicle care, ceramic coatings, mobile detailing, and paint protection services.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced full-time detailer who takes pride in quality work, communicates professionally, and wants to grow long-term with our company.
This role is ideal for someone who already has detailing experience and is looking for stability, growth, and a professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior detailing
- Wash, vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean vehicles
- Paint decontamination and clay bar treatments
- Basic polishing and paint correction experience preferred
- Assist with ceramic coating preparation and application
- Work both in-shop and mobile detailing jobs
- Maintain clean tools, workspace, and vehicles
- Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years detailing experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfortable working both mobile and in-shop
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Experience with high-end or luxury vehicles is a plus
Compensation & Growth Starting Pay:
- $19–$20/hour depending on experience
- Full-time consistent schedule
- Performance-based raises available
