Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and replacing residential roofing systems. You will work on a variety of roofing projects and are expected to deliver high-quality workmanship while following proper safety procedures and project specifications.
Duties
- Perform full roof tear-offs and replacements on residential properties
- Install architectural/dimensional asphalt shingles and 3-tab asphalt shingles according to project specifications
- Install roofing underlayment, flashing, ice and water protection, ridge caps, and other required roofing components
- Inspect roof decking and identify areas requiring repair or replacement
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment
- Safely lift and handle roofing materials throughout the installation process
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and properly remove roofing debris
- Follow all applicable roofing and construction safety procedures
- Complete roofing projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Pay: $3,500.00 per week
