Physical Therapy Aide – Strength & Performance Specialist
Recalibrate Physical Therapy | Midtown Manhattan, NY
Recalibrate Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapy Aide with a strong background in exercise science, strength training, and performance-based rehabilitation to join our team in Midtown Manhattan.
This is not a traditional PT aide position.
Our clinic operates through a highly individualized model centered around progressive overload, strength-based rehabilitation, movement quality, and long-term physical resilience. We are looking for someone who understands both rehabilitation fundamentals and higher-level strength and conditioning concepts.
The ideal candidate is comfortable bridging the gap between rehab and performance — someone who understands basic corrective exercise but is equally comfortable around barbell training, athletic movement, and gym-based rehabilitation.
