We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our busy, established dealership. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, including retail sales, wholesale accounts, online orders, and service department fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence
- Analyze inventory reports and department performance metrics to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall operations
- Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized inventory systems and processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and workflow
- Lead, train, and support Parts Department staff while fostering a professional, team-oriented environment
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining a high standard of service
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Dealership Parts Manager experience required
- Ford and/or Lincoln experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills with experience using dealership management software (CDK experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
